The Docustore purpose-built archive facility is designed for the purpose, so your records are actually in a more secure environment than having them stored in a corner or a basement of an office. The storage facility encompasses a fire-proof painted steel structure.

Records which must be permanently preserved because of historical or commercial value require control of those elements which can result in physical and chemical degradation over time. Optimum control conditions are required to maintain and stabilise the environment around the stored records. (Environmental Control is required to maintain a constant temperature of between 16-20°C and a humidity of 50-60%)

Docustore is a strategic partner of O’Neils software, the industry leading bar-code tracking system. The software enables us to provide and chart a full movement history of each bar-coded item. This can be charted from its creation, through to destruction, thus creating an audit trail of each item, which is available on request from Docustore. Barcodes ranges are unique to each client in our system.

All security on site is in accordance with I.S. EN 50131-1 and has been installed by a NSAI associated company. Alarm system is monitored on a 24-hour basis using a HKC digital communicator. All alarm signals are immediately passed to the keyholder and the appropriate authorities. Internal and external colour 24-hour C.C.T.V. is in place with digital recording capabilities.

Fire Safety Certificate available, which complies with the requirements of Part B of the Second Schedule to the Building Regulations, 1997. The site is in a rural area, away from densely populated areas.
